I wanted to do a larger marker piece for my sketchbook, because white pages and copious amounts of character notes get tiresome after a while.

Unfortunately this scan doesn't do the image justice, but do scans ever?
Bah well~ Here's my persona HANGIN' AROUND (ayuk-yuk-yuk) in a forest in Darem, Though to be honest I'm pretty sure I'd pass out in a matter of minutes after hanging upside-down.

I only really set up a thumbnail sketch and sorta marked down each shade of green to make sure I was using the right one, if that's what you're askin'!

Glad y' like the fairy! They're aggressive and mischievous lil' buggers.
Actually to answer your "who could live in a mushroom like that?" question, If you look closely, the inhabitants aren't too far off from their homes!

It's a weird knock-off version of a moleskine by Pental! Because Moleskine's are expensive and I like knock-off smooth thin paper for whatever reason- even though you gotta use card stock on the opposite side so it doesn't bleed through. It's so loose feeling that you can do whatever with it.

Even if the scan doesn't do it justice, it still looks fantastic and the work you put into it still shows. Your mastery of forest environments is amazing, the details on everything is beautiful and aughghh it's all so nice.

Kenny what the hell look where you're going.
