Arcane is capable of many things, being that his skill sets are rather comical and often include messing with reality itself.
This means: He often fucks with the fourth wall for kicks.
He can change his body in any way that seems fit for the situation.
Appears in random outfits on a whim.
Can reappear at any given moment, as well as disappear.
Is able to remove body parts, as they are all free floating, unless he chooses otherwise.
In a nutshell: Arcane is the very definition of a shapeshifter.
